Scheduling Time for God Should Never be a Priority.

You know as I was at a bible study this evening, I began to realize something very important. I think that we pray to God for the things that we want and we cry out to Him when we need Him. As we focused on Luke 11, God says in verse 9, it says ask, and it will be given to you, knock and the door will open, keep looking and you will find. Verse 10 it says for who ever asks, and the door will be opened to everyone who knocks. Think about that passage for a moment. So Michael, you mean to tell me that if I ask, I will receive what I ask for? Not always, BUT you will get an answer for the Lord. I had mentioned in bible study when I was a little kid, that if I kept nagging my parents for something, then I would get it. Well, I did learn over time as I became a believer, life is not always about getting what you want, it is giving back that matters the most and something that God will reward you one day for. So where does the whole Scheduling a time for God come into play in this post? God wants just a little bit of our time each and every day. It maybe 5 mins. It may be 30 mins to an hour. He just wants just some time to spend with us so that our Faith may be strengthened, Our plans may be revealed to us, and Our relationship with God can still be number One.

In Him,

Michael <><
